History

The son of a Highlander privateer and a Midlander tailor, Theodor's early life was tumultuous, as his family never stuck together. Growing up, he rarely saw his father, and when finally given the opportunity to join his old man's crew, they were separated again by the Calamity. It took years for Theodor to be reunited with his father; by then, he had developed a love for travel, taking on reasonable work for coin, and meeting all sorts of people on his journeys across land and sea. While he has settled down somewhat, he is always open to the road's call.

- Theodor had been on the road for eight years, completing various tasks and work given to him in his travels, to sustain himself. If you needed a bodyguard, a deliveryman, or a hunter, he was willing to sign up. He still takes on such duties to this day, and can help you out, as long as it does not involve subterfuge or assassinations. As of late, Theodor is open to partnering up with those seeking to slay Voidsent for bounty money.
- Primarily skilled in using the gunblade, as well as in sword-and-board tactics, Theodor is always looking for manuals and the like to learn more about battle techniques. Magic, however, is far tougher, as he has a difficult time grasping such a concept, which can warrant a teacher.
- Theodor is currently an employee of his mother's business, Weaver's Repertoire, as a manager. Located at The Topmast, 20th Ward Subdivision, Room 60, this small store serves as a market for fashion across Eorzea and the other continents. Apart from clothing, it also tailors to shoes, jewelry, and fabrics. Business is always open, for those in need of such items.Uncommon
- If you grew up in Limsa Lominsa, you may have encountered Theodor on the Lower Docks as a rambunctious, hard-headed kid. Whether you still hold a grudge, or want to catch up on old times, he is open to recall them.
- Theodor's father, Ulysses Wavecrasher, was a dreaded pirate known for his brutality against the Garleans on the high seas. Theodor greatly respects his old man's accomplishments, but such a relation might link him to others who came from pirate families Ulysses served with.Rare
- Theodor had previously trained at the Gladiators' Guild in Ul'dah. Given the profession, it is unknown how much combat he had seen in the arena.
- In the eight turns spent searching for his father, Theodor holds plenty of tales on the road. Perhaps you may have run into him during this time, either as friend or foe?
- Theodor's heart was taken by an unknown woman, prior to courting his current partner. With a long history and promises made as "lady and knight", time will tell if he will move on.
